In May 2018, we filed the paperwork to launch a unique entrepreneur support organization in Tampa, Florida. We believed, then, that our mission to support veterans seeking financial success after service in an exclusive environment filled a gap in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the region. Today, three years later, we understand that the scope of the need was greater than we thought, but we have not shied away from the challenge.
Rather, our programs have gotten stronger, our network has grown larger, and the veterans who have participated in the classes, workshops and events have found success in more ways than business creation and revenue generation. The Action Zone family now includes veteran- and military-connected businesses from all across the US. Our classes, workshops and events have served more than 2,000 veterans and military spouses, and we are just getting started!
There is still much left to do but, for this day, it is time to celebrate everyone's accomplishments. Please join us, our valued members, community partners, and friends. We all did this together.
